Photos land in your Drive
Every photo and video goes straight into a folder in your own Google Drive, in full quality, as the night unfolds.
Your Drive, your photos
Files go from guests’ phones straight into your Google Drive. We never keep a copy.
Videos too
Full-length phone videos upload in pieces and pick up where they left off if the venue Wi-Fi drops.
You choose what’s shared
Show a live album on the page, or keep every upload private to you. Guests can choose per upload as well.

Questions
Do guests need an app or an account?
No. They scan the QR code with their phone camera, tap the upload box, and choose photos and videos. It works in any modern phone browser.
Where do the photos go?
Into a new folder Petal QR creates in your own Google Drive, named after you. You can open, download or share it any time, and it stays yours even if you stop using Petal QR.
Can Petal QR see the rest of my Drive?
No. We use Google’s most limited Drive permission, which only lets us see the folder and files Petal QR itself creates.
How much space do I need?
Uploads use your Google storage. Free Google accounts include 15 GB, which is enough for thousands of photos; a lot of long videos may need more. You can check yours at one.google.com/storage.
Can guests see each other’s photos?
Only if you turn the album on. When it’s on, each guest decides per upload whether to share it in the album; when it’s off, everything stays private to you.
What if I change my mind?
You get a full refund from your dashboard any time before your first guest uploads.
